Modern paints minimally injure hair, and the most advanced ones even look after them and maintain a bright color for a long time.
How to become a blonde without harming hair
Being a blonde is a troublesome task. However, the means of the latest generation can greatly facilitate the life of fair-haired beauties. Brightening powders and creams now contain not only ammonia and peroxide, but also vegetable oils, which prevent moisture loss during chemical treatment and keep hair elastic. But rely entirely on gentle staining is not worth it. Cardinal lightening, more than 5-6 tones, still damages the hair. If you really want to change the image, experiment with any varieties of highlighting.
Save and save
● The color "blond" requires special care. 1-2 times a week, be sure to use restoring masks with keratin, lipids, vitamin and mineral complexes. They strengthen the molecular bonds inside the hair and make it more dense.
● If you use a hairdryer, and even more so with irons and tongs, take care of thermal protection. Sprays with wheat proteins, rice extract and oils prevent damage to the surface layer of the hair and the appearance of cut ends.
● To maintain a beautiful light shade, use a special shampoo for blond hair. Typically, these products contain cold pigment, which neutralizes yellowness and other undesirable effects.
● It is good to tint the hair from time to time in the salon. Ammonia-free demi-and seven-permanents do not darken the color, but effectively maintain the shade and give shine.
Deep chestnut color
Staining in dark tones - the event is much simpler and safer than lightening. If you are painted in a color darker than your natural color or just want to emphasize the "native" shade, enough non-ammonia products. In durability, they lose quite a bit to traditional paints with ammonia - a saturated color lasts about 3-4 weeks. True, there is a minus - such dyes are not very friendly with gray hair. If there is more than half gray hair, you will have to resort to dyeing with agents that contain ammonia.
Save and save
● To add shine to colored hair, use conditioners and oil-based sprays. Argan, jojoba, nutmeg, macadamia - they all nourish the hair and make it really luxurious.
● Avoid alkaline shampoos in favor of neutral pH and preferably sulfate-free products. They gently cleanse and do not wash out nutrients from the hair, preserve the brightness of the color.
● On dark hair, sectioned tips are especially noticeable. They appear mainly due to lack of moisture. Therefore, 2-3 times a week you need a moisturizing mask, for example, with seaweed and amino acids.
● You can treat yourself to salon care, professional procedures saturate the hair with moisture and seal the hair cuticle. True, for severely damaged tips, any care is practically useless. They are best cut off, and then do dehydration prevention.
Becoming a redhead is easy
Golden red and copper shades come into fashion almost every spring. Most harmoniously they are combined with fair skin and blue or green eyes. If the hair is blond, a beautiful color can be obtained using tinting agents. In all other cases, you may need to lighten the strands slightly. A red tint can be obtained with the help of well-known henna. But be careful - with all its advantages (accessibility and harmlessness), it interacts unpredictably with other dyes. If later you want to repaint, you will have to do a wash first, and this is not the most useful procedure for hair.
Save and save
● The red shades are the least persistent. Therefore, it is better to switch to special products for colored hair: soft shampoos and conditioners that block artificial pigment inside the hair. Pay attention to products with extracts of rosemary, sunflower, jojoba oil. They maintain brightness and shine for a long time.
● Immediately after staining, lamination can be done. The hair is coated with a special compound that seals the cuticle, thereby preserving the color. As a bonus, hair gets extra volume and protection from external influences.
UNCOUNTED PROCEDURES
Coloring + Perm
Even soft biohairwashes wash the dye, make the color faded and deprive the hair of shine. In order not to be disappointed with the result, dye your hair no earlier than 3 days after curling.
Staining + Keratin Straightening
To maintain smoothness and healthy hair, it is better to refrain from dyes for two weeks after the procedure. If the hair is long and has previously been lightened, it is generally better to hold off with straightening. Otherwise, the hair may become too brittle and even begin to fall out.
