Out of expensive fabrics, Ina-Georgette Statescu creates truly filigree, light-filled masterpieces: her dresses, accessories and paintings fascinate with her extraordinary beauty and grace.

Slightly shiny and brightly shimmering in different colors, smooth and pleated, with earned gold and silver threads, completely transparent and with delicate patterns - Ina-Georgette has a passion for luxurious fabrics such as velvet, silk, llama, taffeta, organza or lace. They captivate her with their tenderness, elegance and allow to realize all creative ideas.
Full of grace and light
For many years, a French craftswoman of Romanian descent has been working with materials that make her happy. AND "... if a person is happy, he manages to create beautiful things," - Ina considers.

She subtly plays with flowers, skillfully combines a variety of fabrics, thereby emphasizing their particular characteristics. It gives individuality to fabrics when it additionally decorates them with silver braid, shiny ties, gold braids, cords or metallic threads, so that as a result a holistic work of art is created that looks like a dream. Many of her desires are reflected in these fabrics, the works of the craftswoman always tell us some story.
“As soon as I touch the fabric, I immediately get the feeling that she is talking to me. And I listen carefully with open eyes, indulge in dreams, mentally travel. Who is better than fabric, will tell about past generations? Who is better than fabric, can tell future generations about our present? "
Initially, Ina was passionate about High Fashion. Wishing to combine beauty and functionality, in her first collection of clothes she demonstrated laconic forms and exquisite finishes. A simple cut allowed her to concentrate on developing original parts, which are now her trademark.
Accessories such as shawls or bags are best suited for the amazing embroidery of Ina-Georgette, turning any item into a unique piece of jewelry.
Exhibitions of Ina-Georgettes Statescu
held regularly in France. Ina also teaches and leads various master classes. However, now she devotes more time to her work and work on the second book, which is due to be released in 2014. First book called La 5-e saison ("Fifth Season") was published in 2010.
