The two-day educational intensive IKRA TALKS presents a synthesis of universal business disciplines and touches not only on broad topics related to business development in the era of great transformations, the future of gastronomy, the culture of gastronomy, ethical consumption, innovation, future trends and trends, but also practical issues that are important for ambitious young entrepreneurs̆ and beginning restaurateurs.
